In August 2025, Sriniketh traveled from India to Clearwater, Florida, with a single purpose: find the right college program for the spring 2026 season. He committed fully from day one. He trained relentlessly at his academy, played tournaments every weekend, and worked to raise his UTR so coaches could see the level he was truly capable of.
As he built confidence and momentum, we went to work too. We connected with a range of programs across Florida and North Carolina, looking for the right environment—a place that valued his creativity, his lefty edge, and his potential to make an immediate impact.
Then the perfect opportunity surfaced.
Saint Leo University—just 30 minutes from where Sriniketh was training—was searching for one final high-impact player to round out their spring lineup. The timing, the proximity, and the team needs all lined up. So we arranged the visit and let Sriniketh do what he does best.
He went to campus, hit with the team, spoke with the coach, and instantly changed the energy. His hands at the net, his ability to mix pace and spin, his decision-making—everything stood out. You could see the spark from the first few rallies.
And the moment the session ended, it was clear to everyone:
