Before you book
What happens on the free call?
A 20-minute evaluation with someone who played college tennis. We look at level, grades, budget, and timeline, and tell you which divisions are realistic. You leave with a target list. You don't have to join.
How fast do you reply once we start?
Within 24 hours. Daily contact is part of the program, not an add-on.
Who do I actually talk to?
Former college tennis players on our team. Not a rotating call center.
Do I have to sign up on the call?
No. Most families leave with a clearer target list. You decide after.
What if you don't place my athlete?
If we don't place them at a fit we agreed on together, you get a full refund. Our placement success rate is 100%, subject to program terms.
Do you stay after they enroll?
Yes. Support runs through enrollment and beyond. If they transfer later in college, that help is included, with no extra agency fee.
